13th Annual Darien Dash selects Virtual Race Bags as marketing partner
The annual Darien Dash, benefitting the Darien Chamber of Commerce, local Schools and Youth Organizations, has selected the Virtual Race Bags™ online platform to provide event participants special offers and messages from sponsors, national brands and local merchants.

The Darien Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that the 13th Annual Darien Dash will be a Green Race. The Dash committee is looking to promote “green” practices at this year’s race. They’re encouraging engage participants of all ages to follow Green Practices. Once again this year the Darien Chamber will be awarding local schools and youth organizations with the most registered participants (minimum of 35 participants to be eligible} prizes. St. John hosts preventive health event
St. John Lutheran Church is pleased to offer a preventive health event. Life Line Screening, a leading provider of community-based preventive health screenings, will use the church as a site for their affordable, non-invasive and painless health screenings on April 5.
Five screenings will be offered which scan for potential health problems related to blocked arteries, abdominal aortic aneurysms, arterial fibrillation or irregular heart beat and a bone density screening for men and women, used to assess the risk of osteoporosis.
